ECD PRACTITIONERS

The Osizweni Science Centre provides workshops for practitioners of early childhood development and parents of young children. These practical, interactive sessions demonstrate how everyday activities, materials and toys can be utilised to full advantage to promote the development of numeracy and literacy and other life-long skills.

Practitioners and parents are equipped with practical knowledge and ideas that help them guide and encourage children with gentle purpose during the natural course of play and in everyday activities so that the child’s day is filled with meaningful opportunities for development.
